Vanilla Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding: Easy Make Ahead Breakfast
This is an simple, healthy make ahead breakfast.

  • 1 cup Silk Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup of Chia Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of agave nectar or other sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional: fruit and/or nut toppings
  1. Mix Silk almond milk and chia seeds until fully incorporated.
  2. Add agave nectar, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix.
  3. Place mixture in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 3 hours until chia seeds expand).
  4. In the morning, add your favorite toppings such as strawberries and pecans.
