No Bake Energy Bites a Healthy Snack

Ingredients
  • 1 cup old fashion rolled oats
  • 1 cup crushed Quaker® Real Medleys® Multigrain Cherry Almond Pecan Cereal (optional if omitted use another cup of rolled oats)
  • ½ cup of almond butter or peanut butter
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed
  • ¼ cup ground chia seeds
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup tasted coconut flakes
  • ⅓ cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
Instructions
  1. Crush Quaker® Real Medleys® Multigrain Cherry Almond Pecan Cereal (optional).
  2. Toast your coconut flakes in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  4. Cover bowl and chill for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from refrigerator and form into 1 inch balls.
