Ginger garlic pork is one of those quick and easy weekday dinner meals that can be thrown together in 30 minutes yet packs a punch in the flavor department. One of the ways I stretch money at the grocery store is to buy a package of assorted pork chops. Those assorted chops are different cuts of meat, I use half the package for baked pork chops and then the rest for this ginger garlic pork recipe. The chops aren’t perfect but who cares because I cut them up into bite sized pieces anyway and I am able to stretch two meals out of one package of meat.

Chop up onion, bell pepper, ginger and garlic
Saute the ginger and garlic in 3 tablespoons of butter until fragrant.
Add pork, onions and bell peppers and saute on medium about 2 minutes.
Set the flame to low and cover for 5-10 mins until cooked.
And that’s it! Serve with brown rice and vegetables.
Hope you try this yummy ginger garlic pork recipe, it really is quick and tasty. How do you cook your pork?
