Welcome to The Bajan Texan!

I’m so excited you’re here! First off I know what you’re thinking…what does Bajan mean? Well I am from the beautiful island of Barbados and we call ourselves Bajans. I now live in Houston, Texas and so I’m now The Bajan Texan.

The purpose of this blog is to help you to create and live YOUR best beautiful life. Not perfect but beautiful none the less.

I remember when I first graduated college and got my first apartment, I really didn’t know anything about homemaking, cooking, cleaning, DIYing, none of it! Add a husband to the mix a few years later and I was still clueless. I learned over the years how to create my beautiful life and I hope to share what I have learned with you so you can create your’s too.
